Managing auto-renewal for Quicken LifeHub

Overview

To avoid any disruption in your Quicken services, your LifeHub membership is set to auto-renew when it expires. If you prefer to cancel your auto-renewal, follow the steps below. If you need more information about canceling and requesting a refund, click here.

Checking your auto-renew status

  1. Visit the Quicken My Account page.

  2. Sign in with your Quicken ID and password.

  3. In the Subscriptions section, click Manage Subscription. If you see Resume Subscription instead, auto-renew is already canceled and no further action is needed.

  4. Select Cancel Renewal and confirm the change.

Once the change is complete, your subscription status will show as Renewal Canceled, along with the remaining time in your current subscription term.

Note: After canceling auto-renew, you’ll still have access to your Quicken services until the end of your current subscription term.

If you change your mind, you can turn auto-renewal back on in the Subscriptions section by clicking Resume Subscription.
