Do I need to use Quicken Classic or Simplifi to use Quicken LifeHub?

No! Quicken LifeHub is a standalone product. Although pairing Quicken LifeHub with Quicken Classic will give you the most comprehensive overview of your finances, Quicken LifeHub will work by itself, and does not require Quicken Classic or Quicken Simplifi to work.

How much does it cost?

How long do you keep my documents?

Quicken LifeHub will retain your household’s data for two years after your subscription expires in case any additional information is needed. Once you let us know that you no longer need the data, we will delete it!

What happens when my subscription expires?

You can resubscribe at any time.

Your Quicken LifeHub data will be kept safe in case you need to retrieve anything. Upon your request, all data will be deleted.

How many documents can I upload?

There is no limit on the number of documents you can upload. Your household will be limited to having 30GB of data. If your family needs to store more data, please contact support to learn about additional tiers.

How do you protect my information?

Your data is protected by bank-grade security, including robust encryption measures, multi-factor authentication protocols, and regular security audits to help safeguard your sensitive data.

  • Securing your data in transit: All communications between you and Quicken LifeHub are encrypted using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher encryption protocol. TLS encryption can help protect web applications from data breaches and other attacks.

  • Securing your data at rest: We use best-in-class Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit encryption for all your data, which is used by many banks and businesses worldwide.

  • Sign in with multi-factor authentication (MFA):To protect access to your account, you can require MFA for all logins:

    1. Go to the Settings gear icon

    2. Select Profile Details

    3. Under Multi Factor Authentication, toggle Always Require for Lifehub to On
