Overview
If you ever decide to download all the information you’ve entered into LifeHub, you can now do so easily.
You can create a ZIP file with all your data. We’ll let you know when it’s ready so you can download PDFs of your items, users, attachments, and folders. Your documents will be neatly organized into folders by category. This makes it easy to keep a backup of your information whenever you need it.
Download your Household
Move your cursor to the top right and click Settings (gear icon).
Click Household Details.
Scroll down to Download your Household.
Click Request a copy.
Once the request has been submitted, you will receive an email when it is complete. You can also return to this section later to check its status.
When your file is ready, a confirmation message will appear, and you can click the Download button to access it.
Note: You can request a download link for your household data only once every 30 days after the initial request. Another request can be made after the expiration date.
