How Do I Cancel and Request a Refund for My Quicken LifeHub Subscription?

Overview

While we may not have been what you were looking for, we want to thank you for giving us a shot! If you'd like to request a refund, you have 30 days from the date of purchasing a yearly subscription to do so.

Note: After cancelling your Quicken LifeHub subscription, you will still be able to access LifeHub until your subscription expires. The only exception is when requesting a refund, as processing a refund will cancel your subscription effective immediately.

Once you follow the steps below, Quicken LifeHub will automatically cancel your subscription as of your expiration date, which means you'll continue to have access to Quicken LifeHub until your subscription expires.

To cancel your LifeHub subscription:

  1. Go to quicken.com/my-account and sign in.

  2. Under Subscriptions, select Manage.

  3. Then, under the Quicken LifeHub subscription, click Manage Subscription.

  4. Next, click Cancel Renewal.

  5. Complete cancelation by selecting I'd still like to Cancel.

  6. Once cancelled, you'll see a β€œRenewal Cancelled” message.


To get a refund for Quicken LifeHub

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

If you are within 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer care team to process your request.
