Overview

Quicken LifeHub enables you to collect all of your important documents and plans in one secure place. Importantly, you'll need to share this information with your trusted household members; Quicken LifeHub supports four Household member types, each with specific levels of access to your estate information.

Household Members

  • Owner - This person is responsible for everything, and is the Quicken LifeHub subscriber. Initially, each Quicken LifeHub Household must have one Owner.

  • Co-owner - This member can do everything the Owner can except manage the subscription. In an emergency, the Co-owner can assume control of Quicken LifeHub. There can only be one Co-owner.

  • Editors - These members can view, add, edit, and delete all the items in the Quicken LifeHub household. They cannot invite others, nor change their access permissions. Each Quicken LifeHub Household can have none, one, or more Editors.

  • Viewers - These members can only view items within categories and/or folders specified by the Owner. The Owner and Co-owner can also indicate when Viewers can access them: now and/or after the Owner’s passing. Viewers can only see the designated items and download their associated files. Viewers cannot edit or delete items. They cannot upload new files or delete existing files. Each Quicken LifeHub Household can have non, one, or more Viewers.
